Terms of Service
General terms for Webisat Technologies projects. Each engagement may also include a specific quotation, scope of work and payment schedule.
Project scope
Pages, features, integrations, content responsibilities, revisions and timelines will be defined in the accepted proposal or statement of work.
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, projects may require a 50% advance before work begins and the balance before final deployment or source code handover.
Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for supplying accurate content, approved images, business information and access to required external accounts.
Additional work
Changes beyond the agreed scope, additional pages, integrations and revision rounds may be billed separately.
External services
Domains, hosting, AI usage, messaging, telephony, payment services, software and external APIs are subject to separate pricing and provider terms.
No guaranteed commercial outcome
Technology, automation and AI solutions may improve processes, customer experience or operational efficiency, but no guarantee is made regarding traffic, leads, sales, revenue or other commercial outcomes.
Ownership and support
Source code rights, reuse of generic components, handover and ongoing support will be defined in the project agreement.
